SUPV RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Personal Property Activity, Headquarters. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Resources and Requirements Division objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Represents (the organization) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with variety of high-level offices such as Air Force Directorate of Logistics (AF/A4L) and Air Force Personnel Center. Directs special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Analyzes and prepares cost data for inclusion in AF/A4 Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submission (BES), Financial Plan (FINPLAN) and execution submissions, and represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
