Description: As a financial Management Specialist working with programs, this position requires someone with skills formulating and executing budgets in complex and volatile environments, collaborating with various functions and between echelons to craft frequent responses to Congressional, OSD, and higher headquarters Requests for Information, developing new analyses to proactively identify budgetary risks and opportunities, and maintaining detailed files to inform financial products.
