Compliance Lead, Fair Lending

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the role </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are hiring a Compliance Fair Lending Lead to join our Business Advisory team to support the exciting products and services at Chime, with a focus on fair lending and fairness. As a Fair Lending Lead, you will support new and existing Chime product development by advising product, marketing, credit risk, and DS/ML teams on compliance and strategies for fair lending and fairness compliance. You’ll also provide advisory support for our Instant Loans product. You will monitor the evolving regulatory landscape and advise on enhancements to existing Chime products, services, and models to remain fair and responsible as they continue to scale.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin
