Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Director, Executive Resources)

Oversees the Executive Resources Division (AHR-200), which is responsible for providing a full range of life cycle executive resources programs and support for FAA executives to include career and non-career Executives and the agency's Chief Scientist and Technical Advisor cadre. Supervises a subordinate staff responsible for recruitment, staffing, and placement; executive suitability determinations; position management and classification; onboarding and offboarding; performance management and the Performance Review Board; and awards, including the Presidential Rank Award, along with benefits and processing personnel actions. Develops and manages innovative executive resources programs tailored to the needs of complex, technologically advanced organizations with a diverse workforce. Collaborates with the FAA Administrator's Office on various executive policy initiatives, as well as other organizations within the Office of Human Resource Management (AHR). Applies expert knowledge of adv
