Clinical Services Administrator

Oversees daily operations of the Zia Health Center, managing budgets, staffing, and operational resources to support patient care. Leads performance improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic planning. Planning and implementing changes to clinical support services to align with organizational goals. Serves as primary liaison and official point of contact between Albuquerque Service Unit and tribal officials. Represents organization during tribal meetings and events. Supervises and provides direction to program employees, including Physician, Dentist, Pharmacist and several supporting positions.
