About the role
If selected, you will serve as a Budget Analyst for the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Washington. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and administering a wide range of budget and financial management services for the District. At the full performance level, duties will include: Entering obligations, amendments, deliverables, and actions into the official financial system; Reviewing obligations, expenditures, unobligated orders for available balances to ensure they are properly maintained, supported, and documented; Reviewing and analyzing program fund requirements submitted by district program managers and recommending allocations after receipt of operating plan allowances from the Executive Office of United States Attorney's; Assisting in identifying future resource requirements, and in the planning and development of future budget requirements; Processing travel authorizations, foreign travel packages, and travel vouchers and claims; and
