Mission Summary: The AV Testing Operations Supervisor partners with Operations leadership to develop and implement best practices and protocols for Testing Operators. They serve as the primary point of contact for Testing Operators when issues arise, providing strategic and efficient resolution. Through coordination with Engineering, L&D, Safety, and Operations departments, Supervisors identify and secure the resources necessary for effective daily operations. The AV Testing Operations Supervisor manages team member time-off requests while minimizing impact on testing operations, ensures adherence to test scheduling protocols, and oversees daily performance of Testing Operators.
