• Between Festivals: Prep days at the restaurant kitchen
Work Schedule:
• Festival: (8-10 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to festival demands, maintaining high quality and consistency
• Assist in pre-festival food prep at the restaurant kitchen to ensure smooth operations during the events
• Set up and break down kitchen stations at festival locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, following food safety guidelines
• Monitor ingredient levels, minimize food waste, and ensure timely restocking
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain cost control and consistency
