SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS)

You will lead the development of performance measures related to NIWC Pac Knowledge Management (KM) and Center-wide Process Improvement transformation goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables. You will analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. You will develop, analyze and implement policy and program guidance governing the implementation of NIWC-PAC Knowledge Management and process improvement initiatives. You will develop and apply processes, practices and techniques for the production, management and sharing of both explicit and tacit knowledge across NIWC _PAC using a wide array of KM technologies. You will prepare and present NIWC PAC KM and Process Improvement briefings and trainings as required.
