Business Resources Management Division Director

Directs and coordinates policy, regulatory, and program support activities affecting NRCS programs, Farm Bill implementation, and agency operations Conducts complex analyses on appropriations, allocations, business resources, and program performance to inform senior leadership decisions. Serves as an authoritative representative on interagency teams, committees, and workgroups; prepares and delivers briefings, issue papers, and responses to Congressional and Departmental inquiries. Works with Deputy Chiefs, Deputy Assistant Chiefs, State Conservationists, and national centers to align policy, program delivery, and strategic outcomes. Interprets laws and regulations, develops national program rules, and ensures policies support NRCS mission requirements and resource stewardship goals.
