AQUATICS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - DIX

Assists the Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Aquatics) the Chief, Outdoor Activities Program, in the economic and efficient operation of the Aquatics facilities and supporting activities in accordance with established procedures. Performs a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative duties, including circulation among patrons to assure adequate service is provided, receiving and resolving customer feedback to include positive and negative commentary, and aiding in the upkeep of facility timesheets within the Services Employee Timekeeping System (SETS) in the absence of the Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Aquatics) and the Chief, Outdoor Activities Program. Issues, receives, and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortages and overages. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Processes incoming merchandise received for pricing, inventory posting, and display. Records and maintains all
