As a Human Resources Specialist (Sr. Employee Development Specialist), GS-0201-14, your typical work assignments may include: Independently formulating, executing, evaluating and continuously improving Agency-wide training programs for employees, supervisors, managers, and executives. Serving as an expert technical advisor providing guidance and assistance to managers and employees on training and instructional issues, including formulating policies, resolving problems, and conducting studies with recommendations.
