Chef/Kitchen Manager

Job Description Job Description Huddy's formerly Hudson House is seeking a full time chef. We are open 7 days a week. Must have experience in a fast paced small kitchen, experience ordering and inventorying, good business acumen when it comes to food costs. Looking for someone who is comfortable executing menu changes and specials. This is a very hands on position as you will be working the line daily.
