As Principal- CE-1710, your typical work assignments may include the following: Assigns, supervises and directs the work of professional and non/para-professional employees across school functions (e.g., food service, academics, transportation, residential, administrative support, etc.) which may include scheduling and coordinating work assignments, relaying changes in operational/regulatory policies, providing training opportunities, participate in the selection of employees, oversee performance management of staff, approving leave, and addressing disciplinary concerns. The incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships based on appropriate transparency and communication among teachers, parents, pupils and community.
