About the role
The position reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director. ORM works to promote a discrimination-free work environment focused on serving Veterans by preventing, resolving, and processing EEO discrimination and other complaints in a timely and high-quality manner. The HPP office facilitates creating a culture of trust throughout VA where employees can work in a safe atmosphere. The HPP office's goal is to prevent harassment and promote a culture of trust and respect by working directly with Administrations and key Staff Offices to investigate, take corrective action, and deliver training. Administers the HPP program that has a national impact within the ORM portfolio. Organizes HPP programs and activities for the VA. Develops programs to support the VA's strategic direction, including creating and managing long-term goals. Develops budget and operating plans.
