Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and employee-centered Senior People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in HR support, people systems, benefits, reporting, auditing, quality control, and employee-facing operations. You will work directly with employees across the company, from frontline employees through leadership, providing timely, thoughtful support and helping ensure our people processes are accurate, scalable, and easy to navigate.
