About the role
Plans, organizes, and executes a wide range of activities for the center/wing Complaints Resolution Program (CRP) and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and ensuring the best interest of the Air Force and Airmen needs are met. Investigates IG complaints and FW A allegations and serves as the center/wing authority on conducting investigations and documenting the analysis, conclusions, and findings. Develops and administers a viable education and training program for the commanders and base populace on their rights and responsibilities in regard to the Air Force Complaints Resolution and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse programs. Assists with the execution of the Commander's Inspection Program. Trains IGI and Wing Inspection Team (WIT) members on receiving complaints. Assists with administering the Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP).
