Summary: The role of the EPG Strategic Growth Partner – Talent Acquisition is to expand the firm's executive leadership presence through the appointment and development of Chief Recruitment Officer and Internship Development Officer. This role provides counsel to high-level leaders responsible for attracting internship and career-changer talent to create scalable and sustainable best practices to support recruiting.
