LEAD SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

Leads three or more supply technicians and material handlers with the IPE Element. Distributes and balances workload in accordance with established directives. Determines stock levels needed for non-recurring, specialized IPE supply items based on usage, inventory, project demands, seasonal demands, changing customer needs, and projected depletion. Responsible for inventory control of all weapons, munitions, and equipment. Conducts issue/turn-in/and inventory of all base supply weapons, munitions, and equipment. Performs a broad range of storage assignments. Stores A, B, and C type mobility bags. Uses shelf-life procedures to ensure chemical gear is current. Performs a broad range of standard weapons receiving and storage assignments. Verifies shipments by checking shipping documents. Performs administrative office support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships with team members, related functions, and operating officials.
