PROGRAM ANALYST

In a developmental capacity, participates in conducting projects to study educational program work processes and functions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Analyzes and monitors financial allocation and programmatic execution for the Civilian Faculty and Visiting Faculty programs; provides multi-program analyses to support allocation of resources and effective business operations and enables efficient obligation and expenditure of funds. Recommends solutions to identified process and work limitations. Provides assistance and programmatic support to the USAFA Visiting Faculty Program (VFP). Coordinates and assists in completing visiting faculty contracts with national colleges, universities, federally funded research and development centers, government agencies, and other Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) eligible organizations. Gathers, assembles, and performs quality control review of complete candidate application packages from Department/ Staff Agency H
