Assistant Store Manager

Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager (“ASM”), you will use your customer service and leadership experience to provide a white-glove experience for our customers. Working closely with the Store Manager to develop your leadership skills in real-time, you will help coach our Customer Service Representatives and play a key role in helping the team produce results.  In return, we will help you reach the next level in your career by providing an ongoing comprehensive training and development program that will allow you to truly shine. Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.   Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.   Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and parti
