Operation Research Analyst

You will serve on operations research (OR), systems analysis (SA), economic analysis (EA), and cost analysis (CA) and study teams examining a variety of complex problems involving enlistment, recruiting, manpower, assignment, and retention policies. You will engage in resource data accumulation, storage, retrieval, display, selection, and estimating. You will evaluate assigned study projects initiated by CNRC, and other government agencies, identifying questions to be answered, techniques to be used, and alternatives to be considered, in order to best understand recruiting problems. You will serve as an internal consultant and technical advisor to senior subject ma??er experts and Navy Recruiting officials responsible for broad recruiting practices, processes, and policies.
