Manager, Strategic Operations, Delivery Self Serve

About the Role We're looking for a Manager, Strategic Operations to help us scale Uber's global merchant self-serve business-one of the largest and highest potential acquisition channels in the Delivery business. In this role, you will help define and drive the strategy to rapidly scale merchant acquisition and strengthen onboarding and engagement through a combination of product-led growth, sales and operational improvements, performance marketing, and pricing and promotions. You will partner with Regional Operations, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Operations teams, including influencing the product vision to simplify and automate the merchant journey while evolving sales, operations, and support models to align with increasing automation. Success will require a blend of business acumen, data-driven storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
