About the role
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a multitude of administrative and management programs supporting the posts of duty (PODs). These duties include providing overall administrative management to professional and administrative staff, ensuring full support for administrative and litigation programs, managing databases, and supporting automation initiatives. The Office Manager is also responsible for managing and overseeing subordinate staffs which maybe located in multiple PODs. As an Office Manager, you will: Oversees and reviews the work of a subordinate staff with responsibility for planning, and scheduling work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting priorities and establishing working procedures.
