About the role
The duties and responsibilities for a GS-2210-15 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: The primary purpose of the Information Technology Program Manager (INFOSEC/PLCYPLN) position is to provide strategic leadership, vision, direction, and coordination in support of the Office of the Pardon Attorney's (PARDON) Information Technology (IT) program. - Develops strategies and provides authoritative guidance and leadership on special IT technical projects to advance PARDON's mission - Oversees all contracting activities and continually evaluates the effectiveness of utilization of resources - Drives development of the technology architecture, infrastructure planning, engineering, and deployment - Oversees organizational changes to consolidate, create, and manage PARDON's IT program and administrative core support functions - Serves as senior planning and policy officer responsible for the development of IT-specific plans and policies - Makes recommendations to management
