MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

You will provide a full range of services for conducting management appraisals, studies, projects, data calls and surveys on Port Operations. You will review and appraise existing operating methods, practices and procedures to detect operating deficiencies, inefficiencies or unfavorable trends with responsibility for recommending adaptable solutions to achieve goals and objectives. You will provide short and long-range planning for maintenance of small boats and service craft. You will provide advice and guidance for making effective and efficient decisions related to the administration, training and programmatic planning of Port Operations small boats and service craft.
