UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Primary purpose continued... Records Management, Unit Training Manager (UTM), Sexual Assault Representative (SAPR), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), safety program and security program. Also serves as liaison with personnel flights on personnel issues and assists in oversight of organization manpower resource requirements. Serves as Unit Program Coordinator for the Squadron. Performs a full range of Force Management tasks involved in Classification, Duty Status, Evaluations, Duty Information Changes, Unit Personnel Management Roster (UMPR), Unfavorable Information Files, G-Series Orders, Awards and Special Programs while liaising with HQ and TMO. Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
