The psychometrist is a psychology technician assigned to the Mental Health Service Line in the Neuropsychology Service. The psychometrist is responsible for collection, tabulation, scoring, scanning and storage of psychological and neuropsychological tests. The technician will administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to patients under supervision of a licensed psychologist. The psychometrist will train psychology interns how to administer psychological and neuropsychological tests as needed. The psychometrist will complete other duties as assigned such as ordering test supplies, serving as a fund control point clerk, working directly with HIMS on document handling, maintaining the testing computers and submitting work orders as needed.
