Under the general direction of the Principal Inspector or Supervisory Principal Inspector, accomplishes the following duties: A. Technical Administration Reviews, recommends approval, and maintains a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that sets forth all operational elements of the ASAP. This MOU is a written agreement between the FAA, the certificate holder, and any third party such as an employee's labor organization or their representatives. Serves as the CMO representative on any/all Event Review Committee{s) (ERC) that includes representatives of the certificate holder and its employee's labor organization. Prepares document providing data for improving the certificate holder's current systems. Assist the certificate holder in planning for future systems based on the certificate holder employee's voluntary reports of safety issues, which may involve alleged violations of 14 CFR.
