About the role
TL;DR | Be the strategic finance partner to our Marketing organization—driving efficiency across Lovable's B2C growth engine through rigorous planning, measurement, and ROI-focused decision support.
What we're looking for
- Growth Marketing Strategist: You understand B2C growth mechanics—paid acquisition, organic loops, channel mix, and CAC/LTV dynamics. You can dissect a marketing funnel and partner with Marketing leaders to drive measurable ROI improvements.
- Technical & Analytical Authority: You have "Excel expert" modeling chops and data skills (SQL, Hex, BI tools) to gain credibility with Marketing leaders. You translate programs into financial impact with precision.
- Service-First Partner: You bring a proactive, "can-do" attitude to every interaction and own the operationally tedious work required for clean handoffs between teams.
