Language Specialist (Training)

Formulates or revises training curricula and materials relating to translation, interpretation, and transcription. Serves as a subject matter expert and technical authority on translation, interpretation, and transcription protocols and best practices. Provides coordination and delivery of the local training program and works with management to identify individual and broad-based training needs. Manages and directs training of all language specialists and administrative staff. Facilitates the professional development of all employees by identifying training events and opportunities and consulting with employees and their supervisors regarding individual development plans
