About the Role Uber's Digital Sales Center (DSC) is a critical driver of merchant acquisition and growth, operating through a global network of scaled and BPO sales teams. As the Global DSC Operations Lead, you will build and operate the infrastructure that enables this model to scale efficiently across regions. This role sits at the center of sales, product, and operations, and is responsible for standardizing how DSC runs globally, from performance measurement and pipeline design to tooling, automation, and vendor execution. You will ensure sellers have a consistent, high-quality experience regardless of location, while improving productivity, reducing cost per acquisition, and accelerating program rollout across markets.
