About the role
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance which support the information management needs of the United States Attorney's Office, many of who may be located in geographically distant branch offices. Typical work assignments will include: Maintaining network architecture and infrastructure. Schedule, setup, manage video teleconferences (VTC) and virtual meetings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx and PolyCom. Resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems. Coordinates logistics, including but not limited to, invites, room preparation, hosting, presentation support. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability. Monitoring functionality, security, and integrity of internet services.
