Supervisory Medical Support Assistant

The MSA Supervisor at this level plan and direct MSA programs at the Medical Center. They have full responsibility for supervising at least one subordinate MSA team leader, supervisor, or equivalent administrative patient support staff. Assignments at this level include, but are not limited to: Supervise clinical support staff, including Medical Support Assistants, to ensure efficient daily operations Knowledge of electronic health record systems is preferred (e.g., VISTA, CPRS, PCMM, ISS and CTM (Consult Management) Monitored and improved clinic performance metrics, including timeliness and panel management Ensured compliance with patient access standards, scheduling protocols, and organizational directives Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline processes and improve overall clinic efficiency Support oversight of staffing, workload distribution, and operational priorities Performs other duties as assigned Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Work Schedule: Monday - Fri
