Lab Technical Coordinator (Core Lab)

Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time Lab Technical Coordinator for Core Lab located at Missouri Baptist Medical ( MBMC) Position Details: • Day Shift: Monday thru Friday (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) • No Weekends & No Holidays • Coordinate daily workflow in the Core Lab with an emphasis on hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and Cancer Center - answer questions and provide support as needed • Assist with Regulatory Compliance - i.e. ensure maintenance logs are signed off, daily, weekly, monthly PM and QC tasks are completed, QC review • Assist with new lot conversions in coagulation, build and maintain new lots of QC in the LIS • Assist with long-term projects such as instrument validations and process improvements • MT/MLS (ASCP) Certified Experience: • At least 2 years of generalist hospital lab experience (preferred) • Experience in participation in departmental projects, committees, or process improvement events • Skills - comfortable with Mi
