Supervisory Recreation Specialist (OER)

This position provides technical direction, oversight and guidance for the implementation of policies, evaluation of operations, facilities and equipment and functional operations of a year round, comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Rental program. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of the Outdoor Recreation Gear Issue and RV and Boat Storage Lot, maintenance repair or MWR rental gear (camping trailers, utility trailers, boats, canoes, kayaks, and amusements, etc) Prepares, administers and monitors the annual APF and NAF budgets. Insures proper internal controls are established to protect income, minor property, fixed assets, supplies, records, etc. Accounts for all program funds. Establishes and conducts ongoing preventative maintenance program for the facilities, equipment and vehicles to provide for safe and reliable service.
