About the role
Duties include, but are not limited to: Assists in developing national collection plans for survey programs Serves as a liaison and provides technical support between regional and national offices on issues related to assigned surveys Participates in the design and execution of appropriate certification, quality assurance, on-the-job training, and mentoring programs to ensure the quality and accuracy of the collected data Develops systems requirements, performs user testing, coordinates field testing, and develops operationally feasible plans for implementing systems and configuration upgrades that impact OFO web tools, collection instruments, and OFO management applications Collaborates with managers to formulate short and long-term program plans, staff resources, and budget requirements
