HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/COMP)

You will strategize with hiring managers on hiring options for filling OCHR enterprise positions in accordance with regulations, guidance, policies, procedures, and the unique staffing needs of the organization. You will serve as a management consultant in designing and planning a current and future workforce that is responsive to dynamic changes in mission and/or business practices. You will conduct job analysis through review of position descriptions, classification and qualification standards, and discussions with hiring managers and subject matter experts to determine requirements applicants need to be determined qualified. You will research and apply pay setting and compensation laws, regulations and policies to ensure complex compensation issues such as special salary rates, highest previous rate, changes between pay systems, and incentives are calculated correctly.
