Manufacturing Process Specialist

Basic Function: Manufacturing Process Improvement & Transformation is a key contributor driving data driven operational excellence across manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with plant leadership, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to analyze performance, customer complaints, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. The role brings deep manufacturing analytics expertise while influencing decisions through insight, measurement, and storytelling. Essential Responsibilities Manufacturing Analytics & Insights Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify trends, losses, and improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing KPIs and reporting (e.g., OEE, FPY, scrap, waste, downtime, labor productivity, capacity utilization) Perform advanced root cause analysis to support problem solving effor
