About the role
Performs a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team lead or more experienced personnel. Applies experience and detailed knowledge of a variety of administrative programs such as REGIS, PRISM and PCard, Government Vehicles, Teleworking Agreements, AITS, Castle and E2. Articulates and communicates assignments to the administrative staff within the assigned organization. Articulates the projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones and/or program issues under review and deadlines and time frames for completion. Incumbent ensures continuous support coverage for all ES administrative programs within the assigned organization. Identifies inconsistencies, inefficiencies, lack of processes, and makes recommendations for solutions.
