We're hiring an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our fast-paced team. If you're detail-oriented with at least 2 years of warranty admin/booking experience —Porsche brand experience preferred — we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer. Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements. Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed. Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data Qualifications
