About the role
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as first level supervisor and CNAF lead airlift planner for the 613 AOC/AMD, providing leadership and direction over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Airlift Control Team (ALCT) Airlift Plans Branch responsible for every facet of planning, scheduling, tasking, and execution of PACAF airlift missions operating around the world. Duties Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 613 AOC/AMD Airlift Control Team (ALCT) Airlift Plans Branch. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 613 AOC/AMD ALCT with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions Serves as the lead airlift plans subject matter expert advising senior PACAF, 13 AF, and 613 AOC leadership and staff on a variety of airlift-centric operations, issues, and concerns.
