About the role
This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Academy Training Center and are assigned based on the need of the agency. The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity. Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process throughout the cradle-to-grave life cycle of instructional products and programs. Plan all of the major phases of the ISD process, including needs analysis, course/program/curriculum design and development, selection of instructional media and methods, and formative and summative evaluations.
