SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (Title 32)

This position is located in Air National Guard (ANG) specializing in Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) at the Oklahoma ANG Only. The purpose of this position is to provide and/or administer advanced technical training, organizational readiness, and mission preparation/execution for a group of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Operators. Incumbent performs mission execution through a variety of staff functions including Airborne ISR Operations, Standardization and Evaluation, Training, Scheduling, and Weapons and Tactics. Assists in testing, experimenting, and developing new methods, processes, and combat tactics to enhance the use of a weapon system, as well as executing all the work of the function. Incumbent provides accurate and timely analysis critical to the effectiveness of unit operations and sustainment of unit resources. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
