About the role
You will serve as a Program Manager and responsible for overseeing the development, production, testing, and delivery of the high-capacity Floating Drydock for Coast Guard Yard. Secondarily, as Program Manager you are responsible for serving as the Coast Guard Yard Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP) liaison, the link between CG Yard operations and PEO-SHORE-A in supporting the planning and execution of Coast Guard Yard's Shipyard lnfrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP). Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Serves as a link between CG Yard operations and PEO-SHORE-A in supporting the planning, phasing and execution of CG Yard's SIOP. The incumbent is responsible for the planning, organization, execution, and coordination of the acquisition of a high-capacity Floating Drydock for Coast Guard Yard.
