SUPERVISORY BUSINESS STRATEGY OFFICER

Writes and reviews all acquisition packages (e.g., Performance Work Statements (PWS0, Acquisition Strategy, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Justification and Approval) before submittal to internal/external contracting agencies. Provides acquisition guidance on matters relating to acquisition, procurement, pre award and post award contract administration, management, reporting, funding shortfalls, and logistics related issues. Coordinates procurement requests reviews and discusses strategies with external contracting agencies as required. Provides technical supervision for program and project management, strategic planning, capital planning, governance, process improvements, performance metrics/measures, requirement generation, acquisition/development, operations support.
