Facade Project Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience Required: • 0-5+ years of Project Management experience in storefronts, window walls, curtainwalls, sunshades/screens, ACM panel systems, structural glass walls, and skylight projects. • Unitized curtainwall experience is a plus. • Ability to work independently with confidence to make critical decisions. • Manage projects from contract acquisition to close-out, including handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documents. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent. • Experience with project management software, spread
