Housing Manager

Serve as a Housing Manager in the Directorate of Public Works at a large multi-mission installation. Perform broad management functions with the planning, management, administration, and implementation of an installation housing program. Oversee the Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) data collection and reports submission. Develop technical guidance and plans based on Army Command Policies to meet installation housing goals. Directs the formulation of housing improvement plans within the framework of generally established Army objectives, policies, and standards. Approve financial work plans for execution within approved resources. Safeguard the technical direction and contract performance are following the installation’s mission.
