As the Area Director Central, you will be responsible for the following duties: This position is located in the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Store Operations Group CONUS stores, and serves as the Area Director Central. Responsible for the tactical operations of all Central Area Commissaries. Provides direct supervision, leadership, and guidance to approximately five zone managers responsible for Central United States commissaries. Exercises all human resources management (HRM), organizational management, equal employment opportunity (EEO) responsibilities and provides second-level supervision to store directors.
