Workplace Experience Associate

About the Role Orchard is looking for a Workplace Experience Associate to own the day-to-day operations of our offices and support HR programs and processes across the company. You will work closely with the HR team - touching onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, HRIS management, planning team events, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain broad exposure to various disciplines within HR and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role (2 days in-office) based in Austin, TX, that reports to the Manager, People Operations.
